Washington, D.C. — In honor of National Adoption Month, Congressman Andrew Clyde (GA-09) congratulates Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor’s Partner, Judy D. Sartain, on being recognized by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI) as a 2023 Angels in Adoption Honoree. 

Each year, the CCAI selects individuals, families, or organizations across the nation who make exceptional contributions to adoption and foster care. Due to her dedication to help Georgian children in need of permanent homes, Rep. Clyde proudly nominated Judy Sartain to receive the CCAI’s 2023 Angels in Adoption Honoree award.
